Cooperation with the High School of Hairdressing from Slovenia
Tijana Ilić, an award-winning hairdressing artist with an international reputation, opened the doors of her salon to young talents from the region and offered them the opportunity to perfect themselves through intensive education. Cooperation with a secondary hairdressing school from Slovenia, which was realized through the Erasmus program, enabled students from Slovenia to have a unique experience in the working atmosphere of one of the most respected hairdressing salons in the Balkans.
Beginning of cooperation with Slovenians
The collaboration between Tijana Ilić and the Secondary School for Hairstyling from Slovenia began in 2021, when the first student from Slovenia decided to do his six-month internship in Belgrade, under Tijana's mentorship. This was quite a special opportunity, as Serbia was included in the Erasmus program for the first time, and both our country and Tijana Ilić were entrusted with the education of young hairdressers from Europe. This student, choosing Serbia and Tijana Ilić as a mentor, began his hairdressing education that greatly expanded his technical skills, and helped him develop a deep understanding of the art of hairdressing.
After the successful completion of his internship, the young hairdresser continued to rise on the hairdressing scene, which became an incentive for the next generations of students who chose Tijana Ilić for their education every year. After the highest quality of professional practice was recognized, the management of the school in Slovenia made a decision to initiate a permanent cooperation, which continued in the form of practices organized twice a year.

Students are trained to follow each step of the work, from photographing their work to creating professional catalogs. Also, an important part of education is learning how to market these materials on the Internet, so that hairdressers gain credibility and recognition in the hairdressing industry.

Special cooperation with the Secondary School for Hairstyling from Belgrade and Sweden
Tijana's work and methodology also attracted the attention of the Secondary School for Hairstyling from Belgrade, which chose her salon as an exclusive place for student exchange with Sweden. Within this program, two students from Sweden also had the opportunity to improve their hairdressing skills through the mentorship of Tijana Ilić and her team, as well as to learn how to become part of the global hairdressing community.

Cooperation with a Secondary Hairdressing School from Slovenia, as well as numerous international initiatives, are only confirmation that Tijana Ilić's salon is a real center for the development of young hairdressing talents.
Professional classes with Tijana are an opportunity for all young hairdressers to improve their technical skills, but also to develop an overall professional approach – work organization and communication with clients, through work documentation to promotion on the Internet.
