Tallinn HairConnect Show

On April 2, 2026, a major HairConnect Show took place in Tallinn. The event was organized by internationally recognized artist Aili Larsen, who brought together a collective of visionary talents from around the world. Unlike traditional shows, Hair Connect had a different format, with a clear message that hairdressing is moving toward freedom of expression, toward art without rules, and toward the courage to explore and create without limitations.

ARTISTS AND COLLABORATION

What made the Hair Connect concept unique was that hairstylists did not present finished looks; instead, they created avant-garde hairstyles step by step in front of the audience, revealing the entire creative process.

The stage brought together artists from different parts of the world, including Aili Larsen, Francesca Rivetti, Jaanika Miilmann, Mari Nukki, Heleni Post, Sirli Veskimäe, Katrin Aavik, Helen Heinroos, Ruth Rämo, Risto Pillaroo, Jill Leitz, Terje Telling, Tijana Ilić, Tiffany Blair, and the AS Agency Entertainment team.

TIJANA ILIĆ ON THE INTERNATIONAL STAGE

As part of this exceptional performance, Tijana Ilić presented her work to an international audience in an environment that brings together some of today’s most creative and bold artists.

With the event theme set as Solar and Lunar, Tijana, together with her model, a ballerina, delivered a performance that combined precision, form, and storytelling.

Through two fringe-cutting techniques, she shaped the motif of the young moon, fluid and ever-changing, while the overall concept subtly introduced a contrast with the sun as a stable, central force that defines rhythm and structure.

This duality was present in every element, in the form, the movement, and the energy of the performance.

AN EXPERIENCE THAT CONTINUES

The event concluded with an emotional address by organizer Aili Larsen, bringing together an experience that left a strong impression on both participants and the audience.

Everything that happens on stages like this becomes part of the knowledge that continues to evolve.

Through education, ongoing work, and direct interaction with clients, this level of thinking and approach continues to live on and develop further.
