M4STER STYLIST EDUCATION is an intensive four-month mentorship created for experienced hair professionals who are ready to take their salon work to a higher level.

AN EXCLUSIVE MENTORSHIP
Only four hairstylists are selected for each mentorship, allowing Tijana to work closely with every participant and understand their individual strengths, habits and areas for development.
The programme consists of four education days per month, held every Monday over a period of four months.
This structure creates something a one-day seminar cannot provide: continuity.
You learn, return to the salon, apply the knowledge in real situations and then come back with new questions, challenges and experiences.
With Tijana's direct feedback throughout the process, each month becomes another step towards greater confidence and mastery.
YOUR MENTOR - TIJANA ILIC
Tijana Ilic is an award-winning hairstylist, educator and founder of the Association of Hairdressing Artists.
Since beginning her professional career in 1999, she has continuously developed her craft through international education, professional collaborations, editorial and fashion work, competitions and more than two decades of salon experience.
Her philosophy of education is based on one principle: Knowledge has real value only when you understand how to use it.
Rather than teaching students to copy her work, Tijana encourages them to understand the foundations behind every technical and creative decision, giving them the tools to develop their own professional identity.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Throughout four months of intensive education, Tijana will guide you through the principles behind advanced haircutting, colour, styling, consultation and finishing.
The focus is not on reproducing a single haircut or formula.
You will learn how to observe, analyse and make better creative decisions, understanding shape, proportion, texture, movement, colour and suitability so that every result is individually designed for the person sitting in your chair.
Demonstrations, direct mentoring and practical work allow you to immediately transform theory into salon-ready skills.

M4STER STYLIST EDUCATION is created only for experienced and confident hairstylists, not complete beginners.
It is ideal for professionals who already work with clients and possess solid fundamental skills, but feel ready for a new professional challenge.
You may be looking to refine your technique, overcome limitations in your current work, rediscover inspiration, develop your own signature style or position yourself at a higher level within the industry.
